Prominent, full lips never go out of fashion regardless of how trends change. For years lip enlargement has been enjoying the greatest popularity in aesthetic medicine offices.
Lips can be augmented in many ways. Hyaluronic acid fillers are the most popular, but not everyone is interested in repeating the treatment to maintain the result. A lip lift is a surgical, low-maintenance method which brings about spectacular and long-term results, but the procedure is irreversible and leaves a scar under the nose. Not everyone is prepared to accept this. The third method, own fat transfer to lips is a good choice for an ‘eco-girl’, but, as fat is naturally metabolized, the treatment has to be repeated roughly every six months.
If none of the above appeals to you, consider lip implants. Dependent on implant size, the effect of lip enlargement may be spectacular or natural. The result is permanent, implant remains in place for years. The treatment is fully reversible, so if for some reason, you decide to get rid of the implant, you can simply have it removed. This is a brief procedure lasting 10 minutes. Lip implant is recommended to people who have naturally thin lips. Both upper and lower lip can be treated in this way.
How it looks like?
The procedure is performed in full sterility, under local anesthesia. The surgeon makes two small incisions at the corners of the mouth. Then a narrow tunnel is created in which the implant is placed. Incisions are closed with absorbable sutures. As lip implant is inserted through incisions at the inside corners of the mouth, no scars on the external surface are left. Lip augmentation with an implant is a brief procedure which lasts up to 30 minutes. Normal activities can be resumed within 2-3 days. There is no necessity to return to the clinic for suture removal as they get naturally dissolved.

Implants have a natural shape and smooth surface. Their softness does not negatively impact lip movability. A wide range of ‘size sets’ allows us to match lip implants to the patient’s expectations.

You will find the price list here. The price depends on whether you intend to enlarge upper or lower lip, or both under the same anesthesia. Budget wise, we recommend the latter option. The price comprises all costs: anesthesia, lip implant, the treatment. If you want to combine lip implant with another procedure such as rhinoplasty or other facial plastic surgery, it will be priced individually.
